Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Spray It purchase. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. We may be unable to accept items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration.

How to request a return

Contact Hello@sprayit.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Please wait for our return instructions before sending anything back.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived faulty, damaged, or materially different from what was ordered. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of an untracked return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider may take additional time to process and display the refund.

Original shipping charges may not be refundable unless required by applicable law or the item was faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Consumer rights

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws in the country where you purchased or received the goods.
