Where does Spray It ship?

We currently ship to the United States, New Zealand, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are expected to arrive within 5–8 business days after dispatch. Carrier, customs, weather, and holiday delays can affect delivery times.

Can I cancel my order?

You can request a cancellation before your order has been dispatched. Email Hello@sprayit.com with your order number as soon as possible. Cancellation is confirmed only when we reply.

What is your return window?

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers pay return shipping unless the item arrived faulty, damaged, or materially different from what was ordered.

How do I request a refund?

Email Hello@sprayit.com with your order number and reason for the request. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method after an eligible return is received and inspected.
