Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Spray It accepts order cancellation requests before the order has been dispatched.

How to request a cancellation

Email Hello@sprayit.com as soon as possible with your order number and the email address used at checkout. A cancellation is not confirmed until we reply and confirm that the order has not been dispatched.

After dispatch

If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return under our Return and Refund Policy once the order has been delivered.

Refunds for cancelled orders

When an eligible cancellation is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Your payment provider may take additional time to process and display the refund.

This policy does not limit any cancellation or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
